Guided by our Malasakit, we have worked hard to ensure that our operations remain uninterrupted 24/7 to power healthcare facilities and other essential industries during these trying times.

Beyond providing a reliable power supply, we also remain steadfast in helping communities meet their essential needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our partnerships with local governments and host communities enabled us to mobilize approximately Php70 million worth of COVID-19-related aid, especially for frontliners and communities in need.

Our relief efforts are presently ongoing to further help the country recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs empower us to be a responsible business, good neighbor, and steward for future generations. Our Environmental Program is spearheaded by Project 747, our nationwide forest rehabilitation program that aims to grow 7 million trees in 4,000 hectares across the country.

Livelihood

Our Livelihood programs empower communities to be better stewards of the environment and true owners of their livelihood. We work with them through inclusive and participatory approaches of identifying livelihood opportunities that suit the community. This ensures that our partnership and their livelihood opportunities are sustainable, enabling the community to fully call it their:

  • Technical and Vocational Trainings certified by TESDA (e.g., masonry, carpentry, welding, etc.)
  • Community Livelihood Appraisal and Product Scanning
  • Non-timber Forest Products (NTFP) livelihood for Indigenous People (e.g., honey-bee processing, roselle plant and mango processing, and rag-making)
