The 2x500 MW Sual Power Plant in Pangasinan is a coal-fired thermal power plant owned by TeaM Energy. The Sual Power Plant is the largest coal-fired power plant in the Philippines in terms of installed capacity. In September 2009, the Company entered an IPPA agreement with the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, which enabled Sual Power Inc. (formerly known as San Miguel Electric Corporation), a subsidiary of San Miguel Global Power, to serve as the administrator of the Sual Power Plant.
