San Roque Power Plant

The 345 MW San Roque Hydroelectric Power Plant in Pangasinan is a peaking plant that was constructed by a consortium composed of Marubeni Corporation, Sithe Philippines Holdings, Inc., and Italian-Thai Development Public Issuer Limited. In December 2009, the Company entered an IPPA agreement with the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, which enabled Strategic Power Development Corporation, a subsidiary of SMC Global Power, to serve as the administrator of the San Roque Power Plant.
